Quality Assurance & Quality Control
The QA/QC Cell of TVE establishes and monitors the implementation of project quality plan and work method statements project site. The Project Quality Plan includes quality objectives and product requirements; the processes to be followed for quality assurance and the documents / records to be created; the inspection & testing plan for meeting the acceptance criteria in terms of product quality control – the verification, validation, monitoring, measurement, inspection and test activities specific to the product and the criteria for product acceptance; the resources required specific to the product; roles and responsibilities of persons concerned; records needed to provide evidence that the realization processes and resulting product meet requirements.
The QA/QC Cell guides the project sites in establishing optimized mix designs for concrete besides monitoring the implementation of the inspection & testing plan for all materials and products. It tracks customer complaints and enables the resolution of same technically. It provides resources & training
